Supervision
All our sites are visited by our inspectors at least twice a week. Our sites report hourly to our control room. We use Guard Track clocking systems on our sites to assist us with supervision. The Guard Track is downloaded monthly to ensure Security Officers do their hourly patrols. We also use C-Track on all of our vehicles to enforce effective management.

We are insured for Public Liability. Our underwriting agency is Abelard and the underwriter is Lloyds of London.

Safety
Our Safety motto is “BE WISE, BE SAFE”. Safety in the work place is very
important to us, therefore, we adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
We have trained Health, Safety and Environment representatives, Accident /
Incident investigators & Root Cause Analysers, trained by IRCA. Monthly Safety
meetings are held by Management and with Security Officers on site.
During our first assessment we received a four Star rating by Nosa and
thereafter we received Five Star ratings. Our DIFR rate for our 2006 rating was
0,65. All our employees receive pre-, annual and post medicals.
Employment Equity and Social Upliftment
We are following an equity plan and
are proud to say that
one of our very first officers, Mr. N.N. Ndlela has been a 26%
shareholder of
our company since 2002. We employ 95% African employees, which
represent the
local population. This is to assist with job creation in poor areas. We
have
different social programs:
